Recipe 1:

• 5 cups Wallan Vale Dairy Raw Bath Milk
• 1 teaspoon jojoba oil
o Add to bath and soak for approximately 30 minutes. Gently rub skin using a wash cloth or simply rinse off

Recipe 2:

• 3 cups Wallan Vale Dairy Raw Bath Milk
• 3 tablespoons of honey
o Mix ingredients well into a container and simply pour into a running bath. Honey is an antiseptic and cleanses the skin very well. It also nourishes the skin

Recipe 3:

• 2-3 cups Wallan Vale Dairy Raw Bath Milk
• 3 tablespoons raw unpasteurized apple cider vinegar
• 2 tablespoons sun dried sea salt
o Mix these ingredients well and add to bath. These ingredients in the bath will help pull toxins from the skin and hold them in the water, so they are not reabsorbed into the skin.

Recipe 4:

• 2 ounces Wallan Vale Dairy Raw Face Cream
• 2 ounces unsalted raw butter
• 2 ounces raw coconut cream
• tablespoon raw unheated honey
• tablespoon royal jelly
• 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
• 1 teaspoon fresh ginger juice
o Stir lime juice into coconut cream and let stand for 10 minutes. Warm all ingredients in an 8 ounce jar. Blend on medium speed for 5 seconds. Rub gently onto face. Wipe away any excess 20 to 30 minutes after applying on the skin.
